Publishing Copilot studio agent to Teams using - Authenticate with Microsoft

I was publishing Copilot studio agent to Teams using - Authenticate with Microsoft. It used to be working but recently the Agent simply stopped working and does not respond on teams (even though it works well in Copilot Studio testing).
 
How can I fix this issue? Thank you in advance.
 
Steps to recreate the issue: 
1. Under Settings > Security > Select 'Authenticate with Microsoft'
2. Under Channels > Teams + Microsoft 365 > Enable the channel & get link to agent
3. Open up the agent in Teams, chat with agent. Agent does not respond.
 
My Teams App is Version 25044.2407.3474.4587 (25044.2407.3474.4587)

    just to check a couple things
     
    1. Is this a managed or recently changed to a Managed environment?
    2. Has anything changed (that you know of) in your license plan?
    3. I am sure you probably did this, but have you tried it in another channel, with only you in it and permissions. Just trying to see if somehow its a permission issue
     
    There are so many people reporting issues, that seem to come from different versions of things :-( that it needs its own database

    2. Has anything changed (that you know of) in your license plan? Not that I know of
    3. I am sure you probably did this, but have you tried it in another channel, with only you in it and permissions. Just trying to see if somehow its a permission issue - Yes I have tried different channel, removing and reinstating, doing this with different agents as well - all to no avail
     
    Funny thing is that it used to work and it just stopped one day :-(

    As mentioned below, i would also request to try this out in other channels than Teams.
     
    If it works fine when you test the copilot in copilot studio, then the issue might be related to the permissions or policy restrictions provided in the teams.
