Connecting a Model Driven App to Dynamics 365 Fin Ops

Hi there,

I am trying to connect a Model Driven App to Dynamics 365 Fin Ops.

Foremost, if anyone has tried this before, did it work or did Dynamics refuse a connection after all?

The Problem I am having is, that I can add the Model Driven App via the App ID (see Picture) but as soon as I try to open the app via the Power Apps Button in Dynamics, an error message is thrown that states, "There has been a disconnect" and a Button "Go to Homepage" (See Second Picture)

When I try to connect a Canvas App, everything works and the App opens normally.

Any suggestions or help of any kind would be great!

Hello, @maxxblue, is your Dynamics 365 Fin Ops in the Same Environment as your Model-Driven App?

Hi, firstly, thanks for your reply.
The two are in the same environment.
What would be the difference or the effect of them not being in the same one?

@maxxblue, both have to use the same Dataverse, and to use the same Dataverse, they have to be in the same Environment.

@maxxblue how can i connect my model driven to Dynamics 365 , if you can help me out , i am in need for the same .
