BOT ICON not showing on custom / demo website

Hi,
 
The icon for our chatbot is not displaying anymore. We have seen it disappear from our custom website. Resized the logo as possible solution indicated in other messages but still nothing. I checked for previous chatbots and I see the same issue, this happens also on the demo website. These chatbots were previously working just fine, so it seems it has to do with some update on microsoft side?
Our other option is to go with the custom canvas, but we wanted to go simple at first. So if we could avoid that...

    Can you try uploading a new image with the support format and size.
     
     
    Refer the below link:
     
    After updating your copilot's icon, it may take up to 24 hours for the new icon to appear everywhere.
     
    Also In Copilot Studio, go to the chatbot's settings and reupload the desired icon image. This may resolve any issues with pathing or cached values. Sometimes, browsers cache images and elements, so any changes made to the icon may not reflect immediately. Try clearing the browser cache or checking in incognito mode.

    Thanks for your answer.
     
    I saw the same reply on another post so I did already try to upload a new picture with the given size. No changes so far. To be clear, the icon and color that you refer to is only for the Teams channel. The icon is working fine on the Teams channel.
     
    However, the icon that is configured on Settings - the one to be used in the demo website or custom website - is the one causing issues since is not displayed as I have shown.
     
    Any other ideas?
