Can PVA checks if the choice "Local Computer" has been selected in the last 5 minutes by the user by using one of the system variables?

Can you provide a little more context on what you're looking to do? You can switch conditions to advanced where you can use Power Fx to create more complex scenarios, including looking at the current time, but I'm not sure I understand your use case. Ultimately, you'd need to track the time of the selection, though, in another variable, so you have something to compare the current time to.

For example, the "Question" card has two choices, let's call it "Red" and "Blue". Whenever a user selects "Red", I want PVA to check if "Red" has been clicked in the last 5 minutes by the same user.
If yes, tell the user to try again after 5 minutes.
If no, continue to run the next topic.
I hope that makes sense.
Further update.
I set a variable and called it ChoiceSelectTimestamp, I left the value column blank as I want the default value to be null. Not sure if that's the way to do it?
Originally, this chatbot will trigger a flow from PA > PAD for unlocking user's AD account. Now I want PVA to check if the choice "Local Computer" has been selected by the user in the last 5 minutes.
