Can't Connect Custom Connector as Action

I'm trying to connect a Custom Connector as an action on an agent. From the agent overview page...

I click on "+ Add Action"
I click on the three dots next to "Library"
I click on "Custom connector"
I select my custom connector that has been built and tested
I select the connection that I want to use
I click "Next"
And then it just spins forever as shown in the picture

I create my connector in power apps and pin custom connector, when done and tested, will grab it from it from the action/library/more/ custom connector

but sometimes the refresh is not there.

Also don be surprised if it works well in power apps, and crash in copilot, only 20% works, no reasons...

I am having same issue, in the connection popup page...it just goes to a blank page and nothing happens.
