One Screen app vs Multi-screen app for performance

Hello I am trying to figure out the best way to increase performance in my app it only has about 20 users but it doesn't feel as zippy as I like.  In general I would like to organize the app in a way that would allow me use as many components as necessary so the app revision is much easier.   I wondering if any of the scenarios would be of use to optimize the app Your opinions are appreciated.

My App

Tablet sized canvas app that allows clinical chart reviews so data is read from dataverse/sharepoint list into app along with data there is a pdf document viewer and a questionnaire.  Based on responses to questions chart review can be routed back and forth until chart review is complete upon chart review completion a DocuSign process agreement is initiated.  There are about 6 status and three roles depending on the role and status I will display different questions on the page along with inputs for those questions.  The document viewer seems to be a little difficult it has a dropdown where you can choose which document you want to view it requires a flow to retrieve the document. Currently I have it set as a one page app and everything is displayed dynamically.  But now I see several things that I want to redo so I was thinking.

I would like to create components for several different question sections but I am not sure how much data can be dynamically displayed and collected inside of the Power Apps default environment for component building.

I also thought about creating a settings file to organize everything as well as displaying and hiding fields x and y coordinates but that would make almost every field a lookup which might make performance slow.

Or would a multi-screen app be best.  The overall UI is the same but just certain fields will be hidden or displayed based on role and status.  I think I have about 9 different views that must be created.  So maybe 9-10 pages with 85% similarity in each screen. So  this is the question I am trying to figure out.

Thank You
