Is this possible to create a plugin so that I can send command to launch user's app? thanks

I dont want to open browser, is there any way? like use cmd command to open app. thanks!
This is not possible. You can trigger a power automate desktop flow that could run a command line but that’s it. Being able to run a cmd line directly from a chatbot to a computer would be a very big security risk for the end user.
