Hi Guys,

I'm experiencing an issue with my current flow. I have data stored in a SharePoint list, specifically in an Issue Tracker list. My objective is to consolidate the results from this list into a single output.

Here the current Output.

Here my flow:

Thanks, in advice for the help.

Can you please clarify what do you mean by "single output"?

What should your desired message be?

    Hi @SudeepGhatakNZ

Currently, there are two response messages visible in my Teams output.

What I want to do is when every time I pull the data in share point list, I will receive all the data in just 1 message only.

    Example:

    Workflow:
Good day, here is a summary of all reported issues for the month of June. Please refer to the information below.

    Description:

@JB261 , that because you have the post message inside a loop.

    1. Use a String variable
    2. Append the outputs in the String Variable.
    3. Use the String variable in your Post action.
