Third-party Co-browse and license management

Hi,

I'm developing an extension to provide third-party Co-browse functionality to Dynamics 365 Customer Service following the docs in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-service/develop/third-party-co-browse.

This functionality is not accessed through a Model-driven app but directly from the conversations tab in Customer Service Workspace.

If we use ISV app license management through the Partner Center will it enforce the licenses when this functionality is used?

If not, is the alternative to handle license management ourselves and process the billing transactions/independently?

Thanks for your support on this.
