Unable to create entity

I am trying to create a new entity and it keeps failing with the following error message

"The entity Test could not be provisioned. Please try saving to retry: EntityMetadata With Id = LogicalName = 'crc93_test' does not exist." (Please see screenshot of error below)

I have the following roles in the environment: Common Data Service User, Environment Maker, System Administrator and System Customizer.

Any ideas why I am unable to create a new custom entity?

Thank you in advance!

Where are you trying to create the entity.

I would personally create a new solution in make.powerapps.com and try again.

    Thanks for the quick response.

I have tried to create an entity within a solution and I get the following "You do not have access to view solutions in this environment".

If I have the following roles in the environment: Common Data Service User, Environment Maker, System Administrator and System Customizer.

Any ideas why I do not have access to view solutions in this environment?

I can think of 2 possible causes:

    1. If you have multiple credentials, make sure you're logged in with the correct ones. I often make use of alternate browsers, or In-Private sessions to make sure I'm not using cached credentials that aren't correct for a given environment
    2. Some form of corruption in the environment. If you don't have anything in it that you need to keep, it might be worth creating a new environment and starting again

It may also be worth checking what other actions you can do. If you're system administrator, you should be able to mange all system and security settings, and access any data, as well as solutions

Hi @Anonymous, if you're still having this issue after you tried the other suggestions, I would submit a Microsoft Support ticket at:  https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
