Hey everyone,

I am Trying to submit my form. I have a Submit Form button in place. Is there a way to Select the button or submit the form with the Enter Key?

Unfortunately I don’t believe that is possible. You can post a suggestion in the Ideas forum for it.

    Hi @Jbrown184 :

Do you want to use the "Enter" key on the keyboard to trigger the button to submit the form.

If so, the answer is "Yes". You can first hit the "Tab" key multiple times until the "Submit" button is selected, and then hit "Enter" to trigger this button and submit the form.

I think this link will help you a lot:

I have an easy way but little funky.

1/ Select the latest text box on the form and add the formula to OnChange: Select(nameofButton)

2/ Go to button and add formula under OnSelect: SubmitForm(....)

Now, when you fill the form, the OnChange will select the submit button and when you press enter the submit button trigger and the form will be submitted.

The Select(Button) in the OnChange will 'press' the button and trigger the OnSelect(). Furthermore you will always have to fill in the last textbox in the form for this to somehow work, very mistakeprone.

    This worked great!

the prblem is that each time you change the text will trigger the submit

awesome solution. Just used Select(button) for my textinput (password) on the login screen instead of having to always Tab or click the login button.

I'm agree with WijkagentBraum and gjgiraldo, as I find this to be a clunky solution. What if I don't want to have to fill out the last field?

Hi, I wanted to add to the solution of @TarikLaabar that you can use if-clauses in the "OnChange()"-Property to only trigger on specific inputs (like Enter). A possible solution would be the following:

    If(Right(Self.Value,1)=Char(10),Select(Button))
The Char(10) is the unicode of a newline. I've tried this also with the Endswith()-Expression, but didn't get it to work, so I used the Right()-Expression.
