I have pdf document as url in the list, can i view the url document in pdf viewer?
If the url points to an anonymous access web site then yes you can view it in the PDF viewer. If its an authenticated location like SharePoint then no you can't show it without doing some extra work to retrieve the PDF separately and feed it to the viewer as a Base64 encoded file. This is normally done using a flow.

In my case pdf url links are added in SP list ,by using those links I want to view data in pdf viewer?
