Not sure how did you get there, but based on the documentation:
Navigating to my apps, solution explorer, and settings in Power Apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn
you should go to the Solution explorer follow the instructions, find the table and add the control.

Thanks for your response, I am in solution explorer as mentioned in the link. What could be the reason that i am unable to see "Control" tab? does it need any specific permission?

To see the "Control" Tab you shoul click at the name of the Table. I am a bit confused, what you have at the screen. On my side it looks like this
The name of the Table at the left-side menu on your screen shot differs
I tried the exact same steps but i do not see "Add control" option. that is the same screenshot i had shared.
IS there any different solution explores for powerapps that i need to install ?
please confirm if control tab will be visible if i go to solution via make. powerapps.com ? how to use solution explore, is there any separate installation ?
