Issue with Computer Use Feature – Websites Not Opening

Hi Team,

I am currently testing the "Computer Use" feature in Microsoft Copilot Studio using the below documentation:

I successfully created the Computer Use agent and configured the setup.

However, while testing data-entry scenarios, I am facing an issue where websites are not opening within the Computer Use environment/browser.

I tested with multiple public websites, but none of the sites are opening successfully. Due to this, I am unable to proceed further with login and data-entry automation testing.

Could you please help me with:

Any prerequisite configuration required
Supported websites/browser limitations
Network/security settings to verify
Known issues related to Computer Use environments

Please let me know if any additional logs or screenshots are required from my side.

Which region are you using for the environment you are using Copilot Studio?

Which Machine type have you chosen? Hostend browser?

Are the target sites plain public websites? Can you add an example?

And please share also your instructions?

This issue usually comes from environment restrictions rather than your setup—Computer Use runs in a controlled browser that doesn’t allow full public web access. At present, only certain whitelisted or enterprise‑configured sites work, so public websites often fail to load. Check if your network/firewall policies block the sandbox, confirm proxy settings, and review Copilot Studio release notes for known limitations. If needed, share logs/screenshots with support to verify whether it’s a configuration gap or a current product limitation.

It works great for me. I use it in a US tenant, though.
