Pipeline deployment failure

We have a PowerApp which we already set to test and production a few times. Now I've deleted an old flow from the solution and got an error when deploying. So what I did is re-add the flow in the solution, but cant restart the deployment to TST because of an active upgrade.

Solution Upgrade action failed after import as holding. InnerException is: Solution dependencies exist, cannot uninstall. DependencyCount : 1 RequiredComponentObject details: Type: Workflow, ObjectName: Call-off Orders - Approval flow PREMIUM, Id: ******, ParentObjectName: , ParentId: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000, DependentComponentObject details: Type: CanvasApp, ObjectName: crb8d_others_e0f61, Id: ******, ParentObjectName: , ParentId: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 DependencyType: Published .

I cant cancel this deployement, because then i get this message:

Solved the issue after a long time of tweaking... Somehow when you delete a connection from the solution it has problems with it.
