Using topics to extend CoPilot capabilities when user offers incomplete question

Hi, I'm just learning how to inject topics to selectively guide CoPilot to answer appropriately after successfully building an AI-enhanced test chatbot. Could someone post a link to the most recent support for topics so I can better understand how to use this functionality?
