Change S2S UILanguageLabel value to get localized dataverse web api response

Hi,

For a customer we created a Model Driven App with various tables to manage products. We expose these tables using Azure APIM, having the Dataverse Web Api as back-end. However, we would like to provide multiple languages such as English, Dutch and French.

We've created a S2S App by linking an Azure App Registration to the Power Apps enviroment which we can use to query the Dataverse Web API. However, when creating the S2S App, there was no option to set a display language. This causes the web-api to use the default language, which is English in this case. We would like to provide langauage specifc results to the users, for which we've setup localized values for Choices.

In the attachments an example is given how (for a regular account) the language can be set via the GUI which does impact the language shown in the Web API.

Does anyone know how to properly get localized values for the Dataverse Web API? Perhaps there is some header we can add to the Dataverse Web-API request to results for a specifc languagecode? Currently our solution is to create multiple S2S Apps, 1 for each language we would support.

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards,

Rik
