This are warnings that you reference controls from other screens. To get rid of this, use global variables or inside Navigate () function define context variables to pass the values you are interested in.

You are showing all Warnings - these mean very little and are not even an impact.
Referencing controls on other pages is a warning that should be removed as it does not change your load time or any other performance in the app. Using variables might solve that warning but will introduce more performance issues along with endless maintenance issues and should be Avoided as much as possible (not just my opinion, but also the recommendation from the Microsoft documentation).
