I am new to PVA and have a query.
We have a scenario that If a chat session ends abruptly, the PVA chat bot, must be able to send the user an email to follow up.
Thus I have this question that, "how to Detect if user has left the session, or somehow the session got cancelled"
Could someone please suggest a possible solution
