Hi Community,
I want to build a FAQ chatbot. The answers are stored in over 2000 items which can only be reached one at a time via an api call.
The only solution I found was to build one topic for every item where I do the api call in a Power Automate flow.
Is there a better way to solve this problem so that I do not have to create more than 2000 topics where every single one has the same structure? The upcoming AI features won´t be allowed in my company.

HI @PVA1 Can you please elaborate on why the AI features may not be allowed in your company, and we can help find you some alternatives? Another alternative you can do is to transfer to your 2000 q&a pairs to a Custom Question Amswers (Azure CQA) project first, then you can set up the Fall back system topic in PVA and call this CQA instance via power automate, every time the user asks about these FAQs.
