New User with Everyone sharing option of canvas app

Hi,

 

I have a question regarding sharing of canvas app. Currently I have shared canvas app to all users in organization and used "Everyone" for it.

 

My question is, if a new employee gets onboard and we assign him required Power App licenses, then will the New user automatically be able to see the canvas app?

    Hi @jeffgreenrc ,

     

    Yes,  there is something strange with "Everyone" share.

    Some time ago, I noticed that adding a new user in tenant not automatically gives him the access rights to app, so I shared the app with a security group. Of course, this is a little bit easier in our organization because we have AZURE AD Premium and is allowed to create Dynamic Group. 

     Also, I noticed that if you remove the "Everyone" and re-add solve the problem, but for me this is not a solution.

    And is this the same behaviour if we use Security Group.

     

    For e.g. we used security group to share with employees. A new employee comes in, so will that new employee automatically see the canvas app ?
