Where are attachments stored in the Note(Annotation) table?

I am using a site created with Power Pages to submit a form with attachments. That works fine and i can see the attachments in the Note table. I am trying to create a Power Automate flow to download those attachments then save them to a SharePoint document folder. The issue is i'm having trouble finding where the actual attachments are. In my flow I have a 'List Rows' action to get the rows associated with the submitted form then a 'Download a file or an image' action within a 'Apply to Each' Loop. The 'Download a file or an image' is requiring a column name but i cant seem to find which column the attachment is actually in.

    Hi
I have replicated your case and I have generated the loop and if I get the option dela file column in dataverse. is a column of file type logically.
It's a bit strange, you should get it the first time.

Maybe you have something that is limiting you?

If I have helped you, please mark the answer as accepted and/or give me a like, thank you very much!

Assuming that in your Power Pages setup for the Attachments you have not specified to store it in Blob Storage, then you the uploaded file will be in the column "documentbody" on the Notes record (if you have done Blob Storage, the document body will be a piece of JSON with the location of the file in your blob storage).

Also, when the attachment is stored it is stored as a Base64 string, depending on where you need to move it to you may need to convert it (Flow has some Base64 formulae to allow you to convert it if needed).

    Hi @MH17

It is Getting Stored in Dataverse Environment, if we are storing Annotations or Notes.

Please mark as answer if my suggestion helps.
