PVA Prerequisite

Hi community,

I have to inform about all prerequisites (how to set up licenses, environment) and help the client with the bot management.

The bot management part I know very well, I have lacks with the "before starting editing bot/creating bot" part.

My question what are the prerequisites, and steps to follow in order to create a bot?

Here is a small list that I have written to start.

1. Buy a PVA Licence. What is the best thing to buy a "tenant license" or "per user license" knowing that the project team is composed of from 9 to 13 users only.  knowing that the client will need only 2 PVA bots and power Automate access.

2. Admin system to create an environment with a database. Should the client create 2 environments if one bot is national and second is worldwide but the authentification process will be with the MS account for the users?

3. Admin system assigns the licenses to users

4. Admin system will create the bot

5. Admin share the bot with the project team.

Do I miss some steps?

Thank you very much for your help!!!

    Hey

best practice is to have a DEV, UAT and Production environment.

as for licensing. You need a tenancy license if you are doing a public facing chat bot which is about £754 a month. Then you need to give a per user license SKU to each of the people that are building, administering and looking at the analytics of the chatbot inside PVA.

the per user licenses are free.
