Power Apps - From Power Apps data export to excel

Good day! Thank you for welcoming me to Power apps community. I would like to seek for help on how to export data from Power apps to Excel. Thank you so much

    Hi @MichaelJordan12,

    This topic is too broad to give a solution.

    Here is some steps for your reference:

    1). Make sure that you have an excel table as your data source, which is important for Power Apps to create connection with the Excel

    2). Create an excel sheet and format it as a table

    3). Create an app directly based on Data Source(OneDrive or ExcelOnline), here I would suggest OneDrive. Actually, if it is not necessary for you to select excel as data source, I would suggest SharePoint list as your data source.

    4). Power Apps will generate an app automatically based on your excel connection

    5). There are 3 screens, BrowseScreen including a Gallery to display all the items, DisplayScreen including display form to display the selected record from the Gallery, EditScreen including an Edit Form to create/edit the record.

    I would trigger a Power Automate Flow from your PowerApps to then retrieve the data and export it to excel you can handle this in Power Automate.
