How to send an email from Power Automate on change of a field on Power Apps Portal Form

Hi

I want to trigger an email using Power Automate on change of value in a set of check boxes available on the Power Apps Portal Form. We use CDS in the back end.

Please suggest on the steps to achieve the requirement.

Also, my client has a CDS environment. Please advise on the best way to take a back up of clients environment(s) and set it up on my support instance.
In other words, we would like to setup their Power Apps Portal form(s) + CDS at our instance. Kindly advise how would we achieve the same.

Do you want to fire a flow to send email based on the change of a specific field in your Portal Entity Form?
