Dear,
We have created some mailtemplates ("templates" table) for the contact entity.
However, when we open the templates in the model driven app to update it, the field "template type" is - SOMETIMES - being changed from "contact" to "system user". The field "Category" appears however to be "locked", but still somehow the system manages to change it... when opening the record again, we have no rights to change the type back to "contact"....
is this a known bug?
I have made a video (the interface is partly in dutch) to show what happens...

no, Microsoft Support could not replicate the error and could not find any solution.
We just have to deal with it and upload a new template when it happens (and update the template ID wherever it is used, in our case in some Power Automate flows)....
@KoenJanssensPD I am also facing similar issue on importing to existing managed solution , category changes to systemuser.
Did you find any root cause or solution yet?
