Provides a session id only - gives no feedback.  We are in the middle of developing an app which was working fine this morning and now we cannot edit any longer due to a Session error.  We have deleted cache, logged in incognito and tried the list of steps referenced.  We have not logged a ticket with Microsoft yet - but need this working ASAP  Can you help?

i published a previous version of the canvas app.  From the home page of this canvas app, i can select Manage Master Tables and the form loads.  When selecting TRANSACTIONS, nothing happens.  See attached.

Here is what I would try.

    1. Go to your Apps Tab
    2. Select the ... from your Apps Line, select Details
    3. Go to the Version Tab
    4. Do a snap shot picture / screen shot
    5. Restore the previous version just before the published. Make sure no one is trying to have it opened at all.
    6. CTRL F5 your browser when it says its done
    7. Try to edit the app again

Hmmm the font is small I missed it

Do you mean you did the above steps already

Can you paste in pictures instead.

Also, try to publish all customizations
then export your solution (into an unmanaged solution)
then try to open it again

    I can suggest two things

First, roll back the app to the last known working version from Version history and attempt to open it in edit mode.

Second, create a copy of the app, either by restoring an older version or exporting and re-importing through a solution, then open the copied app to check whether the issue persists.

These two steps usually help isolate whether the issue sits with the current version metadata or with the environment session.

If you did my suggestions and restored a previous version and it did not help then we have a completely different issue.

    1) is the app itself part of a solution?

The reason I asked you to export it, is because I want you to import your solution in another system and see if that resolves it.

Unfortunately the picture really doesn't help anything as its just buttons.

So what I want you to do now is this. Since you said you can get into the App but Transactions doesn't do anything.

Please follow these steps and come back.

Please follow these steps to look into Live Monitor for possible errors

    1. Please go to PowerApps.com in the environment published
    2. Please click the Apps menu option on the left
    3. Find your App in the list and Click the ... at the end
    4. Click Details ==> Live Monitor
    5. Once it opens up, click Play Published App
    6. When that Tab Opens, Play your App, Cause the issue
    7. Go back to Live Monitor Tab
    8. On the right side, click the Properties (its vertical) to open the right side window
    9. In the Filter (Top Right) Type Error
--See if you have any errors
--if so, please scroll through them, real errors cause 4 lines (usually) of errors
----one of the 4 lines will populate the Properties window with 4 Tabs

    10. Grab the Response Tab
    11. Expand the Headers and Body Sections
    12. See if you can share or understand the error

If this shows nothing please come back here.

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey

We are experiencing the same critical issue and can no longer use our Power App. The problem started yesterday. Initially, the app would not launch at all. As of today, the Power Apps Studio for this app is also returning an error, which prevents us from opening or editing the app.

Yesterday, we tried all the suggested solutions mentioned here, as well as several additional troubleshooting steps. While the Studio was still accessible, we systematically removed components from the app until it was completely empty. We then began adding elements back one by one. Through this process, we identified that the issue appears to be related to containers.

When we set a screen without containers as the start screen, the app would launch successfully. However, as soon as we attempted to navigate to a screen that contained containers, it wouldnt do that. Unfortunately, we were unable to investigate this further because we have now completely lost access to the Power Apps Studio for this app.

This issue requires urgent resolution. We are currently unable to continue development, and end users can no longer use the app. The impact on our operations is significant.
