Customized Greeting Message?

How can we set up a customized greeting message when the end user go into the ChatBox?

    Hi @LKnisely,

     

    In the unified authoring canvas, you can customize the Conversation Start system topic. This is what the bot says when it proactively starts a new conversation with a user.

     

    Depending on how you deploy your chatbot, you may need to customize your chat client to send a  startConversation event. Please have a look at the documentation here: Automatically start a chatbot conversation - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn
