Hi All
All day yesterday i worked on trying to get the below API into power apps with no luck, so any guidance would be awesome.
https://www.alphavantage.co/query?function=TIME_SERIES_INTRADAY&symbol=IBM&interval=5min&outputsize=full&apikey=demo
I managed to create a flow that saved as CSV but looks like i cant use that file type, I know i could re-save in excel once downloaded but that defeats the point of automation. I also tried to make a custom connector but couldn't get it to work either 😞
Hi @unislacker,
Have you looked at Dataflows? They are made to load data from external source into Power Apps (CDS) and perform your required transformation. More on Dataflows: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/common-data-service/create-and-use-dataflows
Hope this helps!
Hi @unislacker ,
Do you mean you want to pass the API data to PowerApps?
Have you tried the Response action in the flow? It can return an array from Flow to PowerApps.
Please refer to this blog:Return an Array from Flow to PowerApps (Response Method)
Hope this helps.
Sik
Thanks
I will give this a go and then come back to you cheers.
