Hey Guys!
Ive recently installed the CoE starter kit, and im having problem with the "App shares" report in the powerbi dashboard - for some reason i cant filter on my apps but i cant see any users and find out what users are shared to this app.

Any idea what could fix this?

Here is a screenshot of the report.

    Hi @Barak_S,

Have you ran all of the Sync Flows and confirmed they ran successfully and there is data? You can use the Power Platform Admin View app to view the data sync'd to the Dataverse database.

You also must ensure that the connections that the Flow runs under has either Global Admin or Power Platform Service Admin in the tenant in order to sync data from all environments.

Hey Chris Thanks for your answer!

It seems like the data is not synced to the admin view app aswell, here is a screenshot of an app detail page on the admin view app:

You think the problem is with the syncing flows?
Is there any chance you know whats the name of the flow thats responsible for this data?

    Many Thanks

    Hi @Barak_S,

I believe it's the CLEANUP - Admin | Sync Template v3 (Power Apps User Shared With) flow. Check the run history to see if it has ran (it runs every 2 weeks I believe). You can run it on demand and that should pull in the data.
