I'm trying to have an IT support ai agent, which has the ability to lodge tickets in zendesk for the admins. It will be relativley simple, a multiple choice is your issue urgent yes/no. If yes, it generates an urgent ticket which would likely also have a flow which sends admins a text message. If not urgent, it simply creates a non urgent ticket, gives a response that they will be contacted within 24 hours.
I created the multiple choice and conditions yes/no. I believe I should do call action Zendesk plugin, which I've been able to do. However, I can't get it to work and not quite sure how to achieve what I'm after. Copilot and Bard haven't been much help.
