Hi,
I am trying to have Data Propagation feature work on Dropdown fields on the Appointments /Recurrence table. Basically, when a recurrence is set I need the the data to flow from Recurrence form to Appointment form for dropdown fields.
Hi @Teresa24486 ,
Could you tell me:
I am confused about your question, could you provide more information?
Best Regards,
Wearsky
hi,
1- You can check out this article:

2- Not sure if this is a model driven problem.
3- Data doesnt propagate seamlessly from dropdown fields on Recurrence form to Appointments Form. It works with lookup.
Unfortunately, it does not seem to support these data types.
If you have any ideas, you could submit them Here .

Hi @Teresa24486,
Optionsets/Choices should be supported (@v-xiaochen-msft FYI). You need to ensure they use the same global option set and not a local option set. Can you try to re-create the field (with a new name) and then create the appointment field from the New button in the "Data Propagation" section?
Let me know how that goes!
hi @EricRegnier ,
The column names are defined both on Appointment and Recurrence tables with data propagation. The fields get rightly mapped from appointment to recurrence columns and vice-versa. BUT, when u check the saved recurrence forms, the dropdown data is missing on all recurrences.
Have you tried saving the recurrence record and checking the recurring records to verify this behavior?
