Hi!,

I'm trying to show some images within my bot (and videos).

I noticed that it won't show any images that come from my sharepoint!. I currently have manual authentication and I have checked through Generative answers that my bot does have access to my sharepoint (it is answering and referencing my sharepoint documents).

I am trying to insert the image/video in adaptive cards and also "send a message" action through the "insert".

In my entraID i have set the following permissions:

Pd: I am using the shared link to try the display of the img or video for example:

The authentication settings do not apply for this use case - Copilot Studio expects images that are publicly available. That being said, you might be able to follow a workaround that's described on a different post.
