I would like to create a Copilot Agent that can summarize projects' meetings into a specific project update template (I have a prompt for that) and save a copy of the minutes in a default SharePoint (SP) folder (or Loop Workspace). The meetings minutes should be reviewed by the meeting organizers and/or key attendees first before saving in the SP folder o right after their generation. The project status updates should be logged into a project status tracker (SP list?), any issues in related issues tracker (SP list?), and any actions items in related action items tracker with users' assignments and tasks due dates (SP list?) so follow up emails can be sent out automatically and progress monitored (Power BI dashboard?).
Do you have any suggestions on how to accomplish all of this for project management? I thought at a Copilot Agent (maybe Team Copilot), leveraging Loop with Task Tracking (in Loop Workspace), etc. Not all new features might be currently available on my side, but I can eventually hold on until those are more broadly released.
Build a prompt template in Copilot for summarizing meetings according to your update template. This could include details like project goals, status, key updates, blockers, action items, and deadlines. Use a Loop component to capture initial meeting minutes in real time. The component can then be shared in the meeting chat, allowing organizers and attendees to add input and edit before finalizing.
Use Power Automate to trigger document saving in a SharePoint folder or Loop Workspace. After review, approved minutes could automatically be stored in SharePoint for easy retrieval and centralized record-keeping.
Set up automated follow-up emails for assigned tasks, prompting action on pending items before due dates. Customize email frequency based on task priority.
Thanks.
