Hi,
as seen in the screenshot below, my Chatbot sometimes randomly includes the word [Personalization] at the end of its message. I can't figure out where this is coming from and how to get rid of it. Has anyone experienced the same and has an idea how to get rid of it? Your help would be much appreciated 🙂

Does this only happen when using the generative answers feature? If you click on those citations, does that phrase appear anywhere in the source?
yes it only happens with the generative answers feature, and no the phrase doesn't appear anywhere in the source...
