Hello, I am trying to find out how I can edit the wording on the CSAT question which is by default "Great! Please rate your experience." I want to remove the "Great!" as I'm redirecting to the question at points when the user is not asked anything so this isn't appropriate. Is it possible to edit it?

Hi @farihac,

As far as I know, this particular sentence cannot be authored.

You could offer your own CSAT control, for example with Adaptive Cards, but the selected values wouldn't be stored in the PVA Analytics the same way.
