Using content in a PDF, MS Word or website as source material for power virtual agent

We are considering/evaluating the use of power virtual agent in our organization. We have many documents that I would like to repurpose initially as source material for the bot to pull information from when a user asks specific questions. For example, I have a 400 page user manual and when a users asks about a specific function the bot can pull information from the user manual and present it to the user. Our current sources formats are PDF, MS Word (in sharepoint) and websites.

    Sharepoint sites or Office365 documents with public security do not work for me, it tells me that you cannot access them, when I try to suggest topics in teams.
