Copilot Studio retrieve full documents from local folder

I built a Copilot Studio chatbot and deployed into Teams. The chatbot has knowledge from my computer local folder. The issue with the local documents is Copilot Studio cannot give full documents or the link to download the documents. It only gives paragraphs. Is there any way to let Copilot Studio provide full documents?

    I’m not sure what you meant by “local folder,” but you can upload your file to SharePoint. CoPilot will try to provide the URL to the file as a citation.

    I assume Local folder means, you are directly uploading the documents inside the knowledge source, which gets stored in the dataverse.
     
    When you have the documents uploaded in the Dataverse directly,
    The Citations will be shown as Popup as you mention in your question.
     (But there are some ways to Customize this.)
     
     
     
    Can you try this method. This can help you to Customize the Citations.
