Effective Collaboration Strategies for Bot Development Projects

I'm exploring optimal collaboration methods for developing a bot with a colleague. Although I have some approaches in mind, I'm eager to learn about the strategies others employ for efficient teamwork. Specifically, I'm interested in implementing a process where each topic undergoes a review before finalization and incorporating a system for version control. I would appreciate insights on how others manage these aspects of their development process.

    Good morning,

I hope you are doing well. In order to review your bot before deployment, I suggest you create two powerapps environment for your bots (dev and production env). You develop your bots in dev environments and when they are ready, you export them as managed objects (aka : non modifiable objects) and import them in your production environment.

Copilot studio doesn't seem to have versioning tools so I suggest you keep the exports of your copilot somewhere in order to avoid losing a functioning version of your copilot.

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to have much documentation on copilot-OPS right now 😔.

    Hope it helps.

    Have a great day.
