Hello there,
I am working on an application that acts as a ticketing service. Have been trying to find out a way on how to reply directly to the latest email thread (Message ID is being saved in a SharePoint list collum as shown on the below PowerAutomate)
I have tried the launch function and anything else I could find on the web but can't seem to make it work.
The closes I got to an answer was here, however, it did not work for me https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Open-Email-from-PowerApps-in-OWA/td-p/722901
Worth noting the email inbox used in a Shared Mailbox.

Why do you need to open Outlook at all? Looks from the image you want to reply from powerapps itself, not sure why you want to add in the Launch function
Happy to explore that as well, tried the ReplyAppV3, but it did not work. Tried the following formula but getting this error after exiting the testing mode.
