Currently, topic suggestions are laid out with left-right navigation like this:
Can the bot be configured so that the topic layout is in a square format like this:
This allows more topic suggestions to be displayed at the same time rather than having the user scroll left/right through the suggestions.

At this time you cannot configure the way the suggested topics show up in the chat.

If you are using the PVA for Web and using the PVA inside your custom website, you can customize using the CSS and JS file.
