Hello I am just starting with PVA. I want to change how the bot greets on the get go, and most topics lead me to the link above. But it does not say where or how to upload the html file.
I am using the web version and will upload/share this in MS Teams. I am not using any coding software or using any desktop app.
The article that talks about the index.html file is for customizing the look of a bot that appears in a web site. The index.html file would be saved to your web server that contains the web site that the bot is being added to.Customizing the look and feel of a bot in MS Teams is much more limited, but you can change the bot icon and how the bot greets people. See Configure private greeting behavior.
