I have a bot in my Environment, yesterday I can open my bot without any problem but today suddenly I can't open my bot I have this message "User does not have permission to this Environment" when tried to open my bot. My Environment is Sandbox, and this happens after I extend my trial in my PVA.

    Hi @Keysersozeey ,

    Did you try to open the Power Platform admin centre?

    https://admin.powerplatform.com

    There you can see all environments available to you, and you can convert to a production environment if needed.

    Also, verify if you have permission in this environment.

    Hi @renatoromao, Do I need to convert my sandbox to production? Can It solve the error? but I still in the development phase. Any Alternative to solve this issue?

    @Keysersozeey ,

    I said to convert your environment from sandbox to production because you mentioned that your environment has been expired and in this case, you can't extend your sandbox environment (In my experience I can't do it).

    Before extending to production, try to validate if your user has permission in this environment: Grant users access - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs

    If you are an administrator, maybe you already have permissions needed.

    Another way, you can open a ticket from the Microsoft team, they can understand your situation and try to help you better: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support

    @renatoromao it was my Power Virtual Agent that expired, not my PowerApps Environment.

    @Keysersozeey ,

    Yes, I get it.

    As I said, maybe this issue is related to the environment expiration or permissions that you lost in your environment because sometimes my PVA free license expires too and I was able to extend again.
