You've come to the right place. Welcome to Power Apps! 🙂
It's the same AI Builder, just different ways to access it either from Power Apps or Dataverse. AI Builder is the component of the Power Platform that allows you to easily add AI capabilities to your Power Apps (for example to build an app to count objects on a shelf just by taking a photo), into data stored in Dataverse (for example, building an intelligent prediction model to predict future outcomes based on historical data) and into Power Automate (for example to build an automation to extract data from invoices you receive by email).
A great way for your users to get trained on AI Builder is through our free Microsoft Learn AI Builder modules, which are self-paced, guided tutorials. Here are two great ones to get started:
