Is there any option to include dropdown list with Single select or Multi Select options during the chat?

Today, unfortunately, it's not possible yet.
You can select one option per time.

It is now possible to create a multi-option list in PVA by using PVA/Bot Framework Composer integration feature, which is in Public Preview as of November 16, 2020.
Example 2 from this doc will give you a walk through on how to create such a list from an array in Composer and have it show up in PVA:
