hi,

I have purchased 2 Power Apps per plan licences for about 5EUR per month for myself as the developer of the PowerApp and for one user so far.

I can see my 2 purchased licences in the Microsoft 365 admin centre. According to the documentation, I should now assign the licence to my user.

But I can't find such a menu item anywhere.

For the future, this app should run in 1 environment for approx. 15 users.

What I found is this picture:

For the time being, no app is planned for another environment. Is the Power Apps per plan licence the right one regarding the price?

thx

The Power Apps per App Plan is a suitable and cost-effective choice for your use case. Just assign the licenses to your users in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and ensure the app is shared with them in Power Apps. When ready to expand, add more per app licenses to meet your user requirements in the same environment.

    Hello SF-14081309-0

Please refer to this official document for assigning Power Apps Per App (aka P1) license as it's normally allocated from the Power Platform Admin Center.

This video is really a great demo that you can follow. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C41hAm1hnMw&ab_channel=JourneyTEAM

Regarding the question if it's right, Yes, it is right. Once you have more apps (about at least 4 for each user), that's the time you have to look at Power Apps Premium (aka P2).

    Regards,
