hi @JanMike
Currently using Power Pages and design studio, there is no out-of-the-box way. You can install the Power Platform COE kit and share the site with licensed internal users. I haven't fully tested this functionality yet.
Alternative workaround:
1. If your co-developers / internal users want to edit and build the site. It is possible via Power Apps Portals way
2. Make sure your co-developers have proper licensed and enabled in Azure AD and finally assign the user to an appropriate security role for the environment
The screenshot will tell you how to collaborate

3. Once everything is in place, ask your co-developers to go to the https://make.powerapps.com/
4. Choose the right environment and they can see the Site under apps.
5. if they click on edit it will edit in the new power pages studio.
Example:
Site owner Ragavan Rajan (Screenshot below)

Shared the site with another colleague (Megan)

NB: Usually using sprint, you can split the tasks and assign them to a different person.
Hope it helps.
