Power Apps Limitation - 2000 Records

Hi All,

I have created a Power Apps whose data source is SharePoint list. Whenever a user creates a new item in SharePoint it will get reflected in Power Apps Gallery. Now the problem is when we reached 500 Records it stopped showing in power apps from 501 and onwards.

Then for Temporary solution i went to settings --> Advanced Setting and then increased the Data Row limit for non delegable queries from 500 to 2000 records.

Is there any other way to increase the record limits to 50 K ?

Because very soon my apps will be reaching 2000 records and i won't be able to see records 2001 and onwards.

Please help me on this. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks.

Regards,

Prakash

    I've seen solutions where multiple collections are run based on source ID which are then combined.

    Concurrent(
    ClearCollect(Collection1, Filter(Table, ID<2000));
    ClearCollect(Collection2, Filter(Table, ID>2000 And ID <4000))
    );

    ClearCollect(AllCollection, Collection1, Collection2)

    Hi @Coopedup ,

    Where we need to place the above code?

    And also i believe in place of "Table" i need to give my data source name, Am I Right?

    Thanks

    Correct! Table is your source name.

    The simplest way is to have a button on your screen and then add the ClearCollect's to the OnSelect, then if you are displaying in a gallery then you set the Items as you combined collection name.
