Hi, I am setting up a tech support ticketing app. I keep hitting a block when I try to setup the different queues/views for the different ticket types.

Queues:

Hardware or Software Issue
Employee Accounts and Permissions
Family Services QA Ticket
Provider Support QA Ticket
DEL Portal Ticket
Form Ticket
Report Ticket

From the Active Tickets View I clicked All Tickets view in the Navigation pane. Then New View, I was able to create Hardware just fine, but when I go to add Employees Accounts, I can't add any columns.

No idea what happened but I left the app, came back and now I can add the views.

How can I check that? I created the Dataverse table and the app.

In the admin roles I have Power Platform Administrator.

do you have the right permissions to modify/add views?
