Hi, I am setting up a tech support ticketing app. I keep hitting a block when I try to setup the different queues/views for the different ticket types.
Queues:
- Hardware or Software Issue
- Employee Accounts and Permissions
- Family Services QA Ticket
- Provider Support QA Ticket
- DEL Portal Ticket
- Form Ticket
- Report Ticket
From the Active Tickets View I clicked All Tickets view in the Navigation pane. Then New View, I was able to create Hardware just fine, but when I go to add Employees Accounts, I can't add any columns.
