I recently updated PowerApps on my mobile phone to 3.18102.22 and then created a new phone app. I connected a SQL data source, but now I am unable to create a collection. The ClearCollect works in the studio but not in the web player or iOS app. Is anyone else having this issue with this version of PowerApps? I cleared the cache and even re-installed the application with no such luck.Works in Studio Same formula does not work in iOS
@powerapps
After additional testing, the issue I am experiencing seems to be the same as mentioned in this post by @lhua31. If I connect to an Azure SQL DB and store the data locally into a collection, and then attach that collection to the 'items' in a gallery, the gallery ends up empty. If the Azure SQL DB is directly bound to the gallery, then all items appear. Again, this issue only occurs in the Web Player and in the lastest version of iOS. Additionally, this issue does not seem to occur when using a Share Point list as the datasource. So the issue could isolated to SQL Server only.
@Anonymousyes exactly what I am running into. hope the powerapps team can look into this issue and have a fix ASAP.
If there is no response by tomorrow morning, then I will put in help ticket to Microsoft. Thanks for confirming.
please keep me posted if you submit a ticket, thanks! 🙂

@lhua31 Hey thanks for sharing. Wierd thing is, it started working correctly early this morning, even with the delayed load, explicit column selection and improved app rendering. Bottom line, it is working and that good news .
